Terms of sale
Purpose and acceptance
These general terms and conditions of sale (CGV) govern subscriptions to the KronoCal and KronoForms SaaS services, published by Cardinal Codes. Any order implies acceptance of the CGV in force on the day of the order. The CGV may be amended; customers are notified at least 30 days before the new terms take effect.
Provider
Cardinal Codes (Hanni Molabaccus), Entrepreneur individuel. SIRET: 98070837400049. Registration: French RNE (INPI), SIREN 980708374, registered on 2026-10-08. VAT: not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Contact: contact@cardinalcodes.com.
Services
KronoCal is a scheduling service; KronoForms is a form building and management service. Current features, plans and prices are described on the corresponding product pages. A free trial plan may be offered; it is provided as is, with no commitment.
Ordering and access
Access to a service is obtained by creating an account. The subscription takes effect upon validation of the order and payment. Account credentials are personal and confidential.
Prices and VAT
Prices are given in euros, per subscription and per period. As long as Cardinal Codes benefits from the VAT exemption for small businesses, prices are stated as VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. If VAT becomes applicable, it is added to the displayed price.
Payment
Payment is made online via Stripe (bank card), by recurring collection at each period. If a payment fails, the customer is notified and the service may be suspended after a 7-day grace period.
Duration, renewal and termination
The subscription runs for monthly periods, renewed tacitly. The customer may terminate at any time, from their account or by writing to contact@cardinalcodes.com; termination takes effect at the end of the current period. No pro-rata refund is provided, unless a mandatory legal provision requires otherwise.
Right of withdrawal
The services are provided to professional customers. The fourteen-day withdrawal right granted to consumers (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code) does not apply to services fully performed before the end of that period with the customer's prior agreement (Article L221-28, 13°).
Availability and support
The service is provided on a best-effort basis. No contractual SLA is offered at launch; incidents are handled by e-mail (contact@cardinalcodes.com) as well as possible. Maintenance interruptions are announced when planned.
Customer data
Data created by the customer belongs to the customer. Upon termination, the customer can export their data for 30 days, after which it is deleted. The processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy (/privacy/).
Intellectual property
Cardinal Codes remains the owner of the software, trademarks and content. The customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for the duration of the subscription. No transfer of rights to the customer is provided.
Liability
The liability of Cardinal Codes is limited, all damages combined, to the amounts paid by the customer over the last 12 months. Indirect damages are not covered (loss of data not attributable to the service, loss of business, commercial prejudice).
Force majeure
Obligations are suspended in case of force majeure, within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code.
Governing law and disputes
These CGV are governed by French law. Consumer customers may resort to consumer mediation. Failing an amicable settlement, the French courts have jurisdiction.
